In 1913, Charles F. Haanel first released a series of 24 lessons called The Master Key System. It has been the foundation for many now-famous seminars, books like like Napoleon Hill’s “Think and Grow Rich” and movies like “The Secret”. The Master Key System is considered to be the grand-daddy of all self-help seminars and it gave rise to the widely popular concept of the Law of Attraction. Central to The Master Key System is the nature of the mind and it’s relation to the universe. Why Does The Law of Attraction Fail Sometimes?
Did you wonder why the Law of Attraction seems to work for some people and not for others? The answer lies deeper in the esoteric description of the both human energy field and how subtle energy manifests into the world of matter.

Human beings are always in communication with each other and the universe through what ayurvedic theory calls the nadis. In fact, the nadis are the playing field for the Law of Attraction. That means that extremely subtle energetic information flows back and forth through the nadis. At a slightly grosser manifestation level, information flows in the mental energy body. That is the realm of ideas and visualization. So, when you visualize the building, the mental body is where the action is taking place. The information is stored in the extraordinary meridians and distributed throughout the physical body by the main meridians. That’s how each organ and tissue gets the correct instructions for how it is to work. Acupuncture and chakra balancing emphasize the important of balance in the entire human energetic system. Things don’t work right if there is imbalance anywhere, because imbalance means that the information being communicated either doesn’t get to the right places or gets there in a distorted form. The mis-information can occur anywhere in the energy field and can cause dysfunction in the physical world, the emotions, the mental world, or in the nadis.

Since The Law of Attraction’s visualization functions in the mental energy body, it’s motivating emotional force functions in the emotional energy body, it’s non-conscious interaction with the universe functions in the nadis, and actual manifestation takes place in the physical energy body, the implication is that if the human energy field is out of balance and creating distorted information, the Law of Attraction will also be dysfunctional. If the information exchanged with the universe via the nadis is incorrect, how can The Law of Attraction produce the desired results?

And remember that in energetic healing, distortions in the energy field can be permanent unless they are cleaned. That might cause permanent dysfunction in the Law of Attraction. The key to The Law of Attraction working is that the energy field must be balanced.

Fantastic And Different Ways To Relieve Stress

A few good relaxation techniques can save your life, because stress is more than just uncomfortable it’s also bad for your health. Disciplined practices such as meditation can help relieve that stress, but what if you have no motivation or time? Maybe you need to try a few of these simple ways to calm your nerves.

1. Give someone a big, gentle hug. Hugging usually includes getting a hug as well..and there is nothing more relaxing than being in someone else’s arms.

2. Do it differently. Go talk to someoneyou usually don’t i.e. a member of the maintenance staff, or eat lunch on the roof. Just doing anything that breaks you out of your habitual patterns can be calming.

3. Give yourself a long hot bath. It calms your muscles, and gives you a break from those more stressful activities. Some find that an alternating hot and cold shower is even more relaxing.

4. Try observing your thoughts. Spot those nasty thoughts that lurk just below the surface (hunger, worry, a phone call you need to make) and you can resolve them and feel more calmed. If you practice this awareness exercise, it may become one of your favorite relaxation techniques.

5. Try laughing. A great way for me to laugh is to stand in front of a full length mirror, stark naked! That always gives me a good laugh; especially first thing in the morning. Just make sure that it is a good ‘belly laugh’, one that makes your sides hurt and you become short of breath. Not only will it relax you but it burns calories too!

6. Listen to music. Keep your favorites at the office, in the car, or wherever you’ll need it most. Music can calm that stress that is inside of all of us. Choose the tunes that bring up happy memories and use those to help you.

7. Exit the room for a while. This can bring you relief if the things in the room or related to it are triggering your stressful thoughts. Why not get out for a little while? Just remember to not slam the door after you!

8. Breath deeply. Try taking five deep breaths through your nose. Close your eyes and take notice only to your breathing while doing this. It’s like a mini-meditation, and perhaps the most effective of the quick relaxation techniques.

9. Hydrate yourself with something decaffeinated. Caffeine is a stimulant and brings on a rapid heartbeat and increased mental stimulation. This can promote feelings of stress and anxiety.

10. Leave the house. If you have at least ten minutes to spare, going for a walk is one of the best stress release techniques. While you’re at it, enjoy the scenery or go and talk to that person in technique 2.

11. Take off your shoes. Remember that scene in Pretty Woman where Richard Gere took his shoes and socks off. That reconnection with Nature has a remarkable effect.
