You Have A Powerful Mind

Are you living your life according to your desired life style? If someone were to pose you this question you would question him back, “is it possible to build a lifestyle that I desire or deserve?” The answer is simple. You could change your lifestyle and it is in your own hands.

Your desire lies in your mind, in your thoughts. Because you did not nurture them you are living the present life experiencing a lot of frustrations in your daily life. When you are told that you could turn your life around for your taste, you come up with the next question, ‘how could I change my life?” You could change your life through positive thinking.  

You could change your style of thinking. There is a strong connection between your body and mind. If you choose to live a healthy and happy life your mind would help you achieve this. Know that your mind controls your body. Your thoughts are in your mind so your thoughts control your activities.

Your mind is compared to a computer. The output depends on the input. What is fed in only will come out. You have to feed your mind positive thoughts if you want a positive life. If you feed your mind with thoughts of love, peace and joy, you will enjoy a happy life.

Positive thoughts protect us from disease. But negative thoughts such as hate, jealousy and anger would destroy us by producing disease.

You may ask yet another question – “how do I feed my mind with positive thoughts?” here is the answer.

Love yourself and love everybody. Fill your life with love. Love is the most positive emotion 

  • Always keep smiling
  • Act as a positive person
  • Act as a happy person
  • Focus only on the positive and the good in life
  • Be good and do good deeds

When you change in these ways, your actions would be relayed to your mind-body connections. This in turn would create happy thoughts in your awareness and this cycle goes on and eventually you would learn to be a positive person always. Do you realize the real power of your mind now?

 

Your successes and failures are the direct results of your own thoughts. Your thoughts build your strengths and weaknesses, negativism and positivism, good and bad, well and ill… you are the creator of your positive and negative thoughts. So you have the choice to think right or wrong.
